Facilities that fit your needs

Located a ten minute drive from the Port of Malmö, our facilities, with around 3,000 square meters of indoor space and around 20,000 square meters outdoors, supports use cases where timing and flexibility are the key factors.

The site is fenced, alarmed, and monitored, with established routines for documentation and goods handling. You tell us your needs. We deliver.

Our setup is particularly suited for industrial logistics, import flows, and construction projects, where goods often need to be held temporarily before moving on. In these situations, the ability to adjust is often more valuable than rigid planning. This is where MLC shines.

Many terminals are designed for rear unloading in indoor environments. It is a standard approach, but it comes with limitations, especially when dealing with long goods, heavy units, or uneven loads.

We choose to do things differently. Reloading from side makes handling more flexible and often more efficient. It also makes it easier to adjust loads early in the process, before small issues turn into delays further down the chain.

With our own machine fleet, we have a lifting capacity of up to eight tons and complement this with additional capacity of over 16 tons through our cooperation with Port of Malmö. Most goods can be handled without the need for separate, specialized solutions.
